CRITICAL REMINDER: THIS SATURDAY IS THE LAST COACHES TRAINING - EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE TRAINED COACH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS!
SATURDAY DEC. 1, 2007 - Willow Creek Center, 1026 Mohr Lane, Concord Lunch will be provided at no charge.

New Coaches Training: 8:30 - 3:00 Register for the training by responding to this email. If you have not attended training and are coaching a team, it is critical that you attend.
Experienced Coaches Training: 1:00 - 3:00 Breakout sessions will run from 1:00 - 3:00. Please register by replying to this email.
Regional Tournament Date and Location

The regional tournament will be held at College Park High School in Pleasant Hill on March 1st.
Judges Training Dates - Each team is required to provide a judge to work the day of the tournament. Recruite one now!!

Your school/sponsor must purchase a national membership to participate in the program. Membership registration should be completed now. Purchase your school membership online by going to www.odysseyofthemind.com If you are not sure if your school is registered, send us an email and we will let you know. Please take care of this now as there are several steps to the process. (Once you pay the national fee of $135, you will receive an invoice from the state for $55 for the state fees. This needs to be paid also. A membership entitles you to have one team participate in each of the five problems and also an unlimited number of primary teams. If you have two teams participating in the same problem you will need to buy two national memberships. The second membership is sold at a reduced cost of $100.
